ROAST MEAT

- Anoint with oil (council virgin olive oil) and the interior of the E.CO Pasta System® that the piece of meat
- Put on gas or electric skillet E.CO Pasta System® without cover and then gently brown the meat on both sides on medium heat low - After well browned, add the meat tastes (onion, garlic, rosemary, sage, salt) or a preparation for full roasts, reduce to a minimum the fire season and do everything for a few minutes - Pour in the E.CO Pasta System® a glass of water (about 150 cl.) and a wine (about 200 cl.) - Cover the pan with the lid and always with the fire to a minimum beginning cooking - After about forty minutes, turn the meat and cover the pan. (When cooking controlled remember to fall within the pan of water that condenses in the lid), it does repeated every time we discover the pan. To complete the cooking will need an extra 50/60 minutes. The same procedure can be used for cooking poultry and other "roast". |
