FISH BAKED IN FOIL

 

   
Clean and scale the fish. Dry it on a cloth or paper towel. Prepare a sauce using olive oil, a spoonful of Worcester sauce, seasoning and baste the body cavity of each fish. Place each fish on a large sheet of foil together with sprigs of rosemary and sage. Wrap the foil carefully around the fish and place each parcel in the E.CO PASTA SYSTEM® pan. Cover and cook at a moderate heat for around twenty minutes - the cooking time required will depend on the size of the fish. Use freshwater fish for this recipe, such as trout, bass, bream etc.
