BRAISED ASPARAGUS PEELED

 

Pour half a glass of water into the E.CO PASTA SYSTEM® pan. Remove the hard end of the asparagus and place in the pan. Cover and cook on a moderate heat. When the asparagus is ready. transfer to a serving platter and season with olive oil, salt, lemon juice and a little white pepper. Any vegetable can be cooked using this simple recipe. Try it with courgettes, fennel, peas. etc. The colour, fresh taste and texture are retained so that the full flavour of each vegetable can be appreciated.
