SHAPES PASTA WITH TUNA AND PEAS
Put two cupfuls of peas with some chopped garlic or onion and parsley into the E.CO PASTA SYSTEM® pan with a full glass of water. Add the pasta and season with salt. Cover and cook on a moderate heat for about ten minutes. Remove lid, taking care that the condensation that has formed on the underside of the lid drips into the pan, and mix the pasta with the peas. Replace lid and continue cooking. When the pasta is ready, add chunks of drained tuna, toss to mix and garnish with chopped parsley, chilli or freshly ground pepper. |
