PASTA WITH TOMATO

Cut some ripe raw tomatoes into chunks and arrange on the bottom of the E.CO PASTA SYSTEM® Add spaghetti, or any other type of pasta and season with salt. Cover the pan, and cook slowly for about 10 minutes. Remove lid, taking care to let the condensation that has formed on the underside of the lid to drip into the pan, and stir the pasta with the tomatoes. Add some basil leaves if desired. Cover and simmer for another six to ten minutes, according to the pasta cooking time. Add some olive oil or butter, toss to mix and serve sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese. Pour a 400 gr tin of peeled tomatoes into the E.CO PASTA SYSTEM® pan diluted with half a tin of water. Add spaghetti or any other type of pasta and follow the cooking instructions given above for PASTA WITH FRESH TOMATO SAUCE.
