TRENETTE WITH PESTO SAUCE
Cut a potato into thin slices. Place in the E.CO PASTA SYSTEM® pan and add a full glass of water. Add the trenette (fiat spaghetti) and season with salt. Cover and cook on moderate heat for around ten minutes. Remove lid. taking care that the condensation that has formed on the underside of the lid drips into the pan. and mix the pasta with the potatoes. Cover and continue cooking. When the pasta is ready, add the freshly made pesto, or a jar of pesto and toss to mix. Serve sprinkled with grated Pecorino (sheepis milk cheese) or Parmesan cheese. |
